How It Works
It’s very simple.
We have assembled a network of former Scottish state school pupils (“mentors”) working in a myriad of fields — law, medicine, business, engineering, journalism, the arts, etc. — who are committed to helping the next generation succeed.
All we need from you is some basic information about the potential career paths you are considering and the particular topics or questions where you believe you would benefit from our mentors’ input and guidance. We will then connect you with a mentor, either by phone or by email, so that you can discuss those topics or questions.
We are also happy to speak to parents and teachers.
Don’t worry if you aren’t sure about what it is you want to do after school, or are considering a number of options. We are confident we will be able to find someone who can help guide you.
And it doesn’t a cost a thing. We do this free of charge in our spare time, because we know that state school pupils are often at a disadvantage relative to their peers at private schools, and we want to help equalise opportunity for the next generation.
